Our Refund and Returns Policy
Overview:
Our refund and returns policy lasts for 24 Hours without Installation. If 24 hours have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange. So If you want to return please confirm within 24 hours of delivery & you must pay for the delivery charge and technician transport charge.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines, cannot be returned. We also do not accept products classified as hazardous materials, or items that contain flammable liquids or gases. To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please note: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Conditions for Partial Refunds:
In certain cases, only partial refunds are granted, such as:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons beyond our control.
- Items returned more than 24 hours after delivery.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified via email. The approval or rejection of your refund will also be communicated.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a 7 days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Double-check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company, as refunds may take some time to post.
- Contact your bank for any potential delays in processing.

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same product, please email us at:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the gift wasn’t marked as such when purchased or was shipped to the buyer to give to you later, the refund will be sent to the original buyer.

You are responsible for the shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time for the exchanged product to reach you may vary. For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
